2023
OffWare begins — a lab, no clients, one question: how far past the brief can the web go?
No client meant no reason to be careful.
2024
The creative web studio starts shipping, while UI research moves into WebGL.
Shipping turned out to be the only honest review.
2025
Research turns to the layer under the product — computation, physics and interface, studied as the systems a next civilisation would have to run on.
A product ends. A system has to keep running after everyone stops watching it.
2026
That research goes into build, with the studio run as one design-engineering practice.
Draw it and make it hold, or it was only a picture.
